This Putney project began before the property was even purchased. The client asked us to advise during the search process to help identify a property with strong long-term investment potential. Once secured, we introduced our trusted architect and structural engineer and remained closely involved throughout every stage of the project.

The renovation included securing planning approval for a rear and side extension to create an open-plan kitchen and living space, along with a first-floor extension to add an additional bedroom and bathroom. Our team managed the full delivery of the project, from structural works and construction through to the interior design and procurement of finishes.

The result was the successful transformation of a two-bedroom property into a spacious three-bedroom maisonette designed to maximise both functionality and long-term value.
