About Orderly London
Orderly was founded by husband-and-wife team Tim and Tania Smith, built on a shared passion for transforming homes and a belief that residential renovation projects should feel well managed, carefully considered and enjoyable to experience.
Tim brings nearly fifteen years of experience delivering high-end residential refurbishments across London and Surrey, alongside close to a decade working in estate agency within the same markets. Tania’s background spans almost twenty years in residential lettings, combined with a longstanding interest in interiors and a strong understanding of how people want to live within their homes. Together, their experience combines practical project delivery with a thoughtful, client-focused approach.
We specialise in renovations, extensions and full home refurbishments across South West London and Surrey, guiding projects from early planning and design coordination through to construction and completion. Acting as principal contractor, we manage each stage carefully through our trusted network of specialist trades and suppliers, ensuring consistency, organisation and quality throughout.
At the centre of every project is clear communication, realistic guidance and close personal oversight. Much of our work comes through word of mouth and long-standing professional relationships — something we are incredibly proud of and never take for granted.
Every Orderly project is overseen directly by Tim and Tania, with a single point of contact and a carefully structured plan from start to finish.

Much of our work comes through long-standing professional relationships and referrals from interior designers and architects across London and Surrey. We understand the responsibility that comes with delivering someone else’s design, and we approach every project with the same care, communication and attention to detail we would expect on our own work.
Our role is to execute projects carefully, manage the process professionally and protect the integrity of the original design throughout the build. Clear communication, organised project management and collaborative working relationships are central to how we operate.
