Coming Soon - Kensington Pied-a-terre

This Kensington project involved the partial refurbishment of a two-bedroom pied-à-terre, carried out in collaboration with Howark Design, who led the interior design. The works focused on enhancing the functionality of the apartment while carefully preserving its original character. A key element of the renovation involved relocating the boiler and water tank to a different floor, allowing for the creation of a dedicated services room and significantly increasing storage within the kitchen. The space was further improved with a new kitchen and flooring, alongside additional joinery designed to maximise functionality. Full redecoration was undertaken throughout, with particular care taken to protect and retain the apartment’s existing features, including parquet flooring and ornate cornicing. The result is a thoughtfully refreshed home that combines contemporary upgrades with the charm of the original property.
