This project began before the property was even purchased. The client asked us to advise on what would make a sound long-term investment, and we worked closely with her during the search. Once secured, we introduced our trusted architect and structural engineer, and stayed hands-on at every stage of the process.

We managed the planning, structural works, full construction and complete interior design and procurement. Planning approval allowed for a rear and side extension to create an open-plan kitchen and living space, as well as a first-floor extension to add a new bedroom and bathroom.

The result was a successful transformation of a 2-bedroom property into a spacious 3-bedroom maisonette.
